The child’s father, Duke Paxley, gave him the name Aamon. However, as the eldest son and heir to his family, Aamon was educated with strict discipline from an early age. He was never even allowed to have a free soul like his younger brother, Gusion. Since childhood, Aamon has been busy with studies and big responsibilities every day, his life seems to have been outlined since he was born, so Aamon can’t help but have to accept it.
Aamon didn’t just learn things that a nobleman needed in general. His father, Duke Paxley, also secretly taught him magic which was only passed down to the direct descendants of his family. This magic is a cruel magic that can kill anyone who cares about honesty and honor. Aamon was initially doubtful because this family secret magic didn’t fit into history House Paxley who believe in
Lord of Light. Therefore, before receiving the magic, Aamon first researched his family history to find out the real answer.
However, fate did not allow him to find the answer. When Aamon was 18 years old, his father, who had high hopes for him, went missing with his mother in a sandstorm while visiting Altar. After that incident, Aamon had to bear the burden of his family as heir and became the head of the family House Paxley.
Aamon shows a very high level of maturity for someone his age, either because of his father’s upbringing or the burden on his family is so heavy that he inevitably has to act like a leader. He is very passionate about social gatherings, but cold and rude when facing his political opponents. Aamon displayed impeccable aristocratic kindness in politics, but on the battlefield, he was like a demon who cast magic with dark and cruel powers. To most of the people he worked with, Aamon was a shadow figure who would never be reached.
After Duxe Paxley was deemed dead, Aamon was left behind not only by his entire family but also by his younger siblings. In fact, he wasn’t as mysterious as everyone thought. The goal is very simple, namely the obligation to protect House Paxley which had been engraved in his mind ever since he was appointed the heir. Family and blood relations are everything to Aamon, no matter what evil or good he has done, everything is for one purpose only, “the future House Paxley”.
Aamon thought that protecting his territory and his family was just as important. Until one day, a curse from an ancient prophecy befell his younger brother, Gusion.
Aamon never showed it to anyone, but among all his younger siblings, Gusion was the one he cared about the most. This was because Aamon saw things he didn’t have in Gusion, he was a free-spirited brat, who would wreak havoc without a second thought. But Aamon didn’t hate his brother, he thought that maybe they were actually similar, but because Aamon was destined to be the heir, then he had no other choice but to be who he is now. Every time Aamon saw Gusion, he seemed to see himself who might be in another dimension, free and not having as big a responsibility as he is now.
Therefore, even though all Moniyan Empire knowing that Aamon has a very naughty younger brother, he never warned Gusion about his various behaviors. In fact, one day when little Gusion accidentally scratched Aamon’s cheek with a knife, leaving a permanent scar on his cheek, Aamon just patted him on the shoulder and said nothing. However, after that incident, little Gusion did not dare to bring any sharp objects near his brother.
As the heir to his family, Aamon had heard about the prophecies of his family’s ancestors told from his father long ago. He found out that the members House Paxley who had dark marks on his body had been possessed by an evil spirit. Therefore, when Aamon found these marks on Gusion’s body, he immediately made the decision to imprison him and cut off his ties to the outside world, preventing the rest of the family from knowing about Gusion’s changes.
Aamon was filled with excruciating pain after doing all that. Gusion’s existence was indeed a big problem for
House Paxley, but Aamon did not want to kill his brother. But what can I do, what he did to protect Gusion didn’t give them much time. A few days later, the elders
House Paxley knowing Gusion’s secret, they immediately rushed to the place where Gusion was. They naturally had no intention of letting Gusion go.
This situation did not allow Aamon to hesitate any longer, so he ordered the maid guarding Gusion to secretly free his sister. However, Aamon didn’t let Gusion go just like that, Aamon kept an eye on his sister, and as expected, Gusion ignored his brother’s orders and stayed hidden in the dark. Castle Aberleen.
Aamon finally decides to find the root of this curse in order to save his sister, and to stop the tragedy that has imprisoned their family for centuries.
