Valir’s Story

But Gord had made the wrong decision and regretted it. He was troubled by the negative energy emanating from Valir and his ferocious nature. It was then, Valir began to combine ancient fire magic from his original place with psychic powers to create such powerful fire magic.

Passive Skill: Arcane Flame
Valir will condense the inner fire it has for 20 seconds and after that make the next Burst Fire and Searing Torrent skills usable without waiting for the cooldown.
The sign if this passive skill is active is the bracelet that is worn on it lights up. The Arcane Flame passive skill will also reduce the cooldown to 16 seconds at level 7 and 12 seconds at level 13.
