Valorant is a free-to-play multiplayer tactical shooter game developed and published by Riot Games, for Microsoft Windows. Players will take control of agents, characters who come from a large number of countries and cultures around the world. In the main game mode, players join teams tasked with attacking and defending with five players each.
Characters or heroes have unique abilities and use the pay system to buy their abilities and weapons. The game also has a variety of weapons including pistols, light rifles, machine guns, assault rifles and sniper rifles.
For those of you who are Valorant players and confused about which character is the strongest, the following is a list and review of the Valorant character and their abilities and strengths.
1. Phoenix
Phoenix is a pyromancer with an explosive playstyle, he utilizes fire to control the flow of battle. He can also use fire to create blocks, as flashbangs and Aoto Molotov.
- Curveball – Casts a curved flare that explodes into a bright light, this light can blind all who see it.
- Blaze – It can remove fire blocks that block vision and damage anyone who hits it.
- Signature Ability – Throw explosive fireballs. This fire zone can damage enemies, and heal you.
- Run it Back – Useful when you die, in which case you will be reborn in a location marked in full blood.
2. Breach
Breach is designed to be a character that excels in the game. The advantage is that it can pass through the terrain and across the map to CC and kill enemies.
- Fault Line – Equipped with seismic explosions, hold fire to increase distance, and release to trigger an earthquake that confuses all players trapped inside.
- aftershock – Equipped with Fusion Charge and releasing it to blast through walls. This ability can deal high damage to anyone hit by it.
- Flashpoint – Equipped with a dazzling light that can be adjusted on the wall. This can cause a rapid explosion that kills anyone in the vicinity.
- Rolling Thunder – Equipped with seismic payload, which can shoot and send earthquakes through all terrain in the ult effect cone. This ability deals some severe damage.
3. Brimstone
Brimstone is a tactical commando with versatility that involves the use of a minimap. He can summon smoke grenades, fire napalms that act like Molotov cocktails, recruit friend agents, and fire air raids.
- Sky Smoke – Use the map to target when using Sky Smoke. This ability can blur the eye.
- Steam Beacon – Target the nearest location when using the beacon, then guess all players with the beacon.
- Incendiary – Launch a grenade that spreads a destructive field of fire.
- Orbital Strike – Target nearby locations, launch devastating orbital attacks that damage enemies for several seconds.
4. Cypher
Cyphers are spies who are skilled at gathering information. He is also great in defense because he has a lot of special equipment.
- Spycam – Place the camera remotely, once placed you can see the surroundings via video. Left click when the camera is activated to fire a tracking arrow.
- Trapwire – Place a tripwire between two walls, it can detect enemies in a short time.
- Cyber Cage – Place a remote activation trap, and when it is activated, it can slow down enemy movement. In addition, these traps can also be detonated to attack.
- Neural Theft – Once an enemy is killed, information can be extracted from the location of their surviving ally.
5. Jett
Jett is the most mobile agent in Valorant, making him the ideal duelist, especially when he gets his hands on the knife. He doesn’t have much utility outside of smoke grenades. He can also run quickly to escape and climb to high places with his thrust jumps.

- Paranoia – Cast shadows in straight lines that damage anyone it touches.

7. Raze
Raze is a character who specializes in the most lethal explosives in the game. The kit has everything from remote-detonating grenades, bombs, rocket launchers and an exploding Roomba-like robot.
- Paint Shells – Cluster grenade that deals initial damage, followed by damage from the cluster.
- Boom Bot – Place explosive robots that move in a straight line and can detect enemies in front of them.
- Blast Pack – Deploy explosive mines.
- Showstopper – Fires a rocket that can cause massive damage to the affected area.
8. Reyna
Reyna is a vampire whose ability is to attack enemies. He can blind his eyes, heal himself, become intangible, and even become invisible. Because of this ability, Reuna is one of the best characters in the game Valorant.
- Dismiss – Consumes soul orbs, becomes intangible for a short duration, and becomes invisible.
- Leer – Throws the eye to the surface. The eye will blind all enemies who see it.
- Devour – Enemies killed by Reyna leave Soul Orbs that last 3 seconds. Consume the soul orb for quick healing.
- Empress – Increase shooting speed.
9. Sage
Sage is currently the only “healer” in Valorant with a defense-oriented kit. The Sage has healing orbs that he can use for himself or friends. He can also use his ice ability to slow down his enemies’ movements. He has one of the most powerful ultimates in the Valorant game.
- Healing Orb – Heal your friends or yourself in just a few seconds.
- Barrier Orb – Rotatable walls.
- Slow Orbs – A ball that bursts into the field and everything caught in the field will slow down, fall, and make a sound as it moves.

10. Sova
Sova is a master archer capable of shooting her arrows to kill enemies. He also has an owl he can use to mark where enemies are. Sova can also use her ability to track her opponents in combination with her ultimate, which allows Sova to fire three bursts of lightning.
- Recon Bolt – Fires a bolt that deploys a sonar emitter and detects nearby enemies.
- Owl Drone – Deploy and control drones that reveal enemies around the map. Once active, you can shoot tracking arrows to track the enemy’s whereabouts.
- Shock Bolt – Explosive fire that damages enemies.
- Hunter’s Fury – Fires up to three energy blasts that span across the map and each hit enemy takes massive damage.
11. Viper
Vipers can use poisonous gases. He can emit poison from grenades or line a wall with steam. His ultimate basically creates a toxic “room”, making him the ultimate bomb planter.
- Toxic Screen – Deploys gas lines that can be reactivated to create toxic gas.
- Snakebite – Fires projectiles that explode into a destructive pool of acid.
- Poison Cloud – Casts a gas cloud that can be reactivated.
- Viper Hole – Poison cloud covers a large radius and drags enemies to the Viper, the duration of the cloud lengthens if the Viper stays in the cloud.
