Here’s an explanation of Luo Yi’s skill
Luo Yi’s Passive Skill “Duality”
The Yi skill will give the opposite Mark of Yin and Yang in the Battlefield, each lasting up to 5 seconds. Ying and Yang’s reactions occurred whenever two Mark holders were close to each other. For holders of the same Mark will deal 45 Magic Damage every 0.3 seconds. For different Mark holders, 2 Marks will be neutralized dealing 360 Magic Damage while causing a stun effect for 1 second. Every time Yi gives them a new Mark, he gains 270 shields a maximum of 2 times and a 50% increase in Movement Speed for 1 second.
Luo Yi’s 1st Skill “Overturn”
Skill 1 Passive Reduces the Cooldown on each Luo Yi’s Skill by 2.50%.
Luo Yi’s Active Skill 1 changed his balance with his Shift Skill to Yin.

Luo Yi’s 2nd Skill “Dispersion”
Yi uses Energy of Yang in a designated direction, spreads out on first strike and deals 250(+17) Magic Damage to targets and enemies behind the fan-shaped area. If it hits the enemy hero, it gives the Mark of Yang and transfers it to the other enemy hero behind.
This skill if pressed can turn into Yang and if pressed again can turn into Ying. So skill 2 is the core damage skill of this new hero. When we issue this skill, the first hero affected by this skill will get a mark. Then if you use this skill again, the damage received will be transferred to the hero behind it, wow cool.
When using this skill in Yang mode, the damage generated is much greater than skills in Yin mode.
Luo Yi’s 3rd Skill “Rotation”
Yi summons Aqua of Yin in a designated direction which deals the Mark of Yin to enemies in the area, dealing 270(+46) Magic Damage and slowing them by 60% for 0.8s. Aqua of Yin will last for 5 seconds and give continuous Yin-Yang Reaction to nearby units.
So when using this skill with both Yang mode and Yin mode, they both deal damage in a predetermined area, guys.

Luo Yi’s Ultimate Skill “Diversion”
Luo Yi created a teleportation circle around himself and after using the skill 3 seconds, sent the Hero of the team in the teleportation circle to another place in the Battlefield. The teleportation distance increases as the skill level increases.
So Luo Yi’s New Hero can teleport this teammate, even the entire team’s hero can be teleported in a circle, wow, it’s really good to pick up this enemy, guys. When the enemy team is rooming, we hide first in the bushes and the enemy passes or is farming, we bring a team using the ultimate skill to them, they will be automatically surprised, guys. The ultimate skill of this Luo Yi hero can’t bring enemy heroes towards friends, guys. The ultimate can only be used to teleport one team of friends.
Hero Luo Yi is very good, maybe I would suggest more towards support than towards mages.
