Instead of chocolate chips you can also add flavorings to the mixture (for example, vanilla or cinnamon) or 30 g of hazelnut paste . This way you will have perfect hazelnut pancakes.


Another version of the recipe is to replace the sugar with as much honey as you like. The doses depend on your personal tastes and the type of honey used.
