Action Blocks
Free
Action Blocks is a new app from Google. Allows you to create actions with Google Assistant and save those actions on your Home screen as an icon. From there, just click the icon and Google Assistant will do what you want to do. The app is very useful for everyone, but it is actually for people with disabilities, age-related diseases and the like. The app works well in our test. There are some errors and we hope you can do more complex tasks. It has a lot of potential but it is not there yet.
Ping wallpapers
Free
Bing Wallpapers is a new app from Microsoft. This is a collection of wallpapers including all background information on Bing's homepage for the past ten years. The app is also updated daily with new photos. Some other features include small stories about each photo, support for landscape wallpapers (because you use Chromebooks there), and different ways to navigate across all backgrounds. There are bugs right now and some people have reported a copyright problem with some images (we didn't encounter this issue). Aside from these issues, it is a solid wallpaper app.
Dolby On
FreeDolby On is a recorded app for video and audio. It mainly focuses on the audio side of things. The app works almost like any video or audio recorder, with big buttons and an easy user interface. It also adds noise reduction as well as cancellation of use and ability to merge and exit. You can also equalize volume, change volume and more. Not a full sound editor (DAW). In fact, it is not close. It does a great job in bad shape even if we wanted to be able to control different application tools a little better.
Google Pixel Buds
Free
Google launched a new pair of Pixel Buds last month. With that came a new application to control it. The app lets you check things like battery levels and includes many tutorials on how to use Pixel Buds to get the most results. Some other options include the ability to activate and adapt adaptive sound and in-ear detection settings, and you can ring headphones to find them if they are lost. The app works well for what it advertises, but as always, we would like to see more features like EQ or something like that. It's good, but it's not great.
